Spelling test for my reading class is tomorrow and Thursday.  Our reading test will be Thursday.

Monday

This is a fun-filled week of multiple activities!!

Tonight is the annual Clarksburg Alumni Carnival in the gym.  If you are dressing up please be here by 6:30.  Enjoy!

Tomorrow is wear red day!

My math class is working on chapter 4 with 2-digit addition.

If your child is in my reading class we have 10 spelling words this week.  The words are as follows:
band, wind, ramp, text, land, tent, wing, bank, rang, lift

The spelling tests this week are on Wednesday and Thursday.
The reading test over the story, "Animals Building Homes" will be on Thursday.

Monday

The kids seemed happy to be back after the long weekend and eager to do their work!

My reading class has the following spelling words this week:

next, end, camp, sank, sing, drink, hunt, stand, long, stamp, pond, bring, jump, left, young, friend

PTO meeting is tonight at 6:00.

Our class goes to the Book Fair on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m.

Hump Day!

Our classes will be having a spelling test tomorrow and Friday.

All cookie dough orders were due today.

Next Friday, October 16, there will be no school.  We have COTA....Central Ohio Teacher's Association day.

Picture day went well today!  As soon as the pictures are delivered to the school I will put them in the mailboxes of the students to bring home!

Your child is bringing home a little slip reminding you to send in the cookie dough order forms and money tomorrow.

My reading class is on the story, "Teacher's Pets."

School picture day is tomorrow!  If you would like to purchase pictures please fill out the order form or order online!  Everyone will have their pictures taken for the yearbook!!!

Adena's Homecoming game is tonight!  Come out and cheer on our Warriors! Dress warm!

My math class has just started chapter 3 on basic facts.

In reading my class will start all the work for "Teacher's Pet" on Monday.  We may spend up to a week and a half to two weeks on this story.

Progress Book is up and running for grade 2!!

I sent home letters to my homeroom, math class, and reading class about joining my "Remind" app to receive quick messages about class and school news.  Please return these by Tuesday.  If you lost your paper just send me your cell number and I will add you!
