Thursday

We all really enjoyed our switching classes in second grade for our Holiday lessons!

Tomorrow after lunch we will enjoying going to the movies!!

Sickness: We are having some sickness in our classroom. If your child says they don't feel good...believe them! The best place to be when you don't feel good is home.

Tuesday

Our homeroom class has Secret Santa shopping tomorrow at 2:15.

We will be going to the movies on Friday afternoon!! Please send back the permission slip as soon as possible.

Reading and Spelling: My class for reading and spelling will have their second spelling test tomorrow. We will not be taking a test over "Big Bushy Mustache".

Math: Regrouping-Regrouping-Regrouping!

Next week will be exciting as we have Secret Santa Shopping on Wednesday and a special trip to the Danberry Cinema for a PTO sponsored movie!!!!!! Exciting times!!

Reading and Spelling: Our class will have spelling words next week. The words are as follows:

The PTO Fundraiser items arrived today.

The Funflatable party is tomorrow. The students are asked to wear clothes where they can easily jump in!!!!!

School spirit day tomorrow!!!

What a wild day! Some days are just so jammed packed with activity that it's hard to get everything that needs done...done!

Reading Class: We have a spelling test tomorrow over 12 review words!

Math: We have started Ch. 10 on regrouping of 2-digit subtracting....a continuation of the last chapter!!

An Addition to our Class!

We welcome a new student to our class! We now have 24 students!!

Reading Class: Our test over, "A Trip to the Firehouse" is tomorrow!!!!

Monday

Reading Class: Our class will be taking a reading test over, "A Trip to the Firehouse" on Wednesday, December 7. The following words are our review spelling words for this week:

Math: Our class will be taking a test tomorrow over subtraction of 2-digit numbers with and without regrouping. The students are bringing home a study guide today.

If your child did not bring back the bottom portion of their progress report today please send it in tomorrow!!!
